The
Chinese Crested dog is a wonderful dog. It´s usually happy and easy to care
for. Some of the individualls of the hairless dog may be sensitive to the sun and it´s
important to use some kind of sunprotection in the summertime. During winter
you´d better dress your dog with an overall made of fleece or some other nice
and soft fabric, so that your little darling won´t freeze. This is of course
not necessary when it comes to the powder-puff, who is allready "dressed".
When it comes to grooming and trimming all dogs need a bath once every other
week. And why not put on some conditioner afterwards so that the skin won´t dry
out. The powder-puff needs to be brushed regularly for the fur and skin to stay
in good shape. The hairless dogs also like to be brushed once in a
while and the crest will stay soft as silk. Before a show you need to shave and
trim your chinese crested dog so that they will look fabulous. Of course all dogs need the best food on the
market which contains everything a dog needs to stay helthy and to be able to
live a good life. Last but not least your dog needs lots of love and
understanding and you can not spoil it enough when it comes to cuddling and
playing.
